Scope and operator
Caldvi is operated by CALDRIVO GLOBAL INC, at 14001 EAST ILIFF AVENUE AURORA, CO 80014. We offer home and everyday essentials, including desk accessories, everyday wear and coffee. These terms apply together with our Shipping & delivery, Returns & refunds, Cancellation and Privacy policies. Contact support@caldvi.com for questions.
How to choose items and review your order
Step 1: Open Shop all or a collection, select a product and read its description and price. Step 2: Choose the size, color or other available option and select Add to cart. Step 3: Open your bag, check quantities and select Review order to enter contact and delivery details. Step 4: Read the linked delivery, return and cancellation policies, then select Review order to check the summary; use Edit information to make corrections. Keep the item subtotal separate from shipping, taxes and the final amount due. For questions about your items or an order, contact Support. These physical goods require no subscription or digital account activation.
Products, prices and one-time purchases
Product prices are displayed in USD. Review the description, selected size or option, quantity and current price before submitting an order. Any price reduction applies only to the items and prices shown; no promotion applies unless its conditions are stated. Goods are offered as one-time purchases, without subscriptions, free trials or automatic renewal. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance; a saved bag or support receipt is not an accepted order.
Unit prices and promotions
The amount beside each product is its current unit price in USD. No coupon codes, multi-buy offers, site-wide discounts or free trials currently apply. Increasing quantity changes the item subtotal and is not a volume discount. Shipping and applicable taxes are separate from the item price. If a promotion is offered, its eligible items, conditions and validity period will be displayed with that offer before payment.
Order totals, payment security and card statements
Review the item subtotal, shipping charge, applicable taxes, any discount and the final total before payment. Your card statement will show CALDVI. Card network logos are shown for reference; use the payment options confirmed in the checkout process. Never send full card numbers, security codes or passwords by email or support chat. A payment is confirmed only by the relevant payment result and order confirmation; an order-review summary or support acknowledgement is not proof of payment.
Using the storefront
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and check the selected product options and quantities. You are responsible for choices saved on your device. Avoid using a shared browser for information you do not want other device users to see. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content.
Cancellation, delivery and refunds
Read the separate Cancellation, Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds policies for request steps, conditions and responsibilities. Requests are reviewed by Support; a receipt is not approval of a cancellation or refund. Obtain return instructions before sending goods. The company contact address is not an automatic return destination. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Accessibility
The interface provides keyboard focus styles, named controls, responsive pages and reduced-motion styles. Policies are readable without JavaScript. Interactive bag and search features require JavaScript. This is not an accessibility certification; the Support page describes the currently available help options.
