Shopping and order review
- Browse a collection, open a product and choose its size or other available option. Add the selected item to your bag.
- Open your bag to check the items and quantities, then choose Review order. You can change quantities or remove items on the review page.
- Enter your contact and delivery details, review the linked policies, then choose Review order to check the summary. Use Edit information to correct your details.

Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, items and reason. Keep the item and packaging, and obtain return instructions before sending goods. Read the full conditions, including the exception for opened coffee and consumables.
