A few things to know

What does Caldvi offer? Home and everyday essentials, including desk accessories, casual clothing and coffee. Open a product page for its description, options and price in USD.

How do I choose an item? Select the size, color or other option shown on its product page, then add it to your bag. Review the item, option and quantity before continuing.

Will my bag be saved? Your bag and favorites are saved in this browser and remain after a refresh. They are not synchronized between devices.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times? These depend on your delivery address and items. Check the delivery options, charges and estimates in your order summary, or contact Support with your destination and product names.

Can I return an item? Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Unused goods with their original packaging may qualify; opened coffee and other consumables are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported to Support. Read Returns & refunds for the process.

Can I cancel an order? Contact support@caldvi.com with your order number before dispatch. Cancellation takes effect after our confirmation. After dispatch, follow the return process.
