Cookies and browser storage
The bag, favorites and light/dark theme preference use localStorage in this browser so they can survive a refresh. Caldvi does not set advertising or analytics cookies. These saved choices are not a customer account and are not synchronized between devices.
Data used for shopping and support
Support forms send the information you enter, including your email address, request type, message, order reference, items, reason and any optional product or delivery photo, to our support service. A support record is created and request details are sent to our support mailbox; if you provide an email address, a receipt is sent to you. Do not submit full card numbers or passwords. Submitting a request does not itself perform a refund or cancel an order. Product search, filters and bag calculations run in your browser. Contact and delivery fields on the order-review page stay on that page, are not transmitted or persisted, and clear when you leave or refresh. Requests for pages and images reach the static host, whose normal access logs may include the request address, time and path.
Fonts, email and automated support
Font styles and files are requested from Google Fonts and Google font servers; those providers receive normal network request information, including an IP address. System fonts are used if fonts fail. Support email and form receipts use Lark Mail; your email provider also handles messages you send or receive. Opening automated support starts a Typebot conversation and sends this site’s public policy context, language, origin and your chat messages to Typebot for replies. Automated guidance is not a live agent. Do not send card details, passwords or private photos or videos in chat.
Retention and deletion
Local choices remain until you remove items, change preferences or clear this site’s browser data. Clearing storage removes the saved bag, favorites and theme, but does not delete support records, emails or provider conversations. Support requests and emails are kept as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email support@caldvi.com for access, correction or deletion requests and questions about a Typebot conversation. We review requests in accordance with applicable law and explain any records that must be retained.
Do Not Sell or Share / privacy choices
Caldvi does not sell browser choices or use them for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can block local storage or clear it in browser settings; saved choices may then be unavailable. For privacy questions or requests, use the email address on Support or an available product-feedback form; do not send passwords or payment credentials.
